There was something in the herald about KC calling the dolphins about trading for Larry Johnson for a DB. The herald went on to say that Freeman would be open for a trade. I say we do this if given the oppurtunity. If anything, for next season at least. I believe Freeman will be a FA after this season, might as well get something for him.

Why the Fins we need another crash dummie?

Better to get a first round draft pick that would start for us rather than loeave freeman warming the bench, and then have him leave after the season. IT's a no brainer

Not really.

Freeman is actuaylly valuable coming off the bench. He does get reps while L.J is not any better than what we have here.

I would have given freeman at the beginning of the year in a heart beat. However Edwards has not impressed me. He has dropped at least two picks that hit him in the hands as well as the one last night where he went for the big hit and the pick went right by. Dunno what to do other than get a high pick next year and pick either a RB (cadillac) or a qb high in the 1st. I prefer a RB as they tend to contribute right away and this D is not getting younger.

We don't need a RB. Ricky couldn't run behind this OL. We need OL players not more RBs other then for depth. Letting Russell go was a mistake IMO. He even did fairly well on KRs.

Larry Johnson is a stiff. There has'nt been a decent Penn State running back since Curt Warner.

The Chiefs are trying to hoist their mistake on us...don't do it Rick.

6'2 225 and 2nd year in league
i would take him for freeman

i would take him anyway but especially with the uncertainty on gordons shoulder
