Now that Gase has officially blown it, he is thus granted a second chance - everybody deserves a second chance.

Gase is in the dog house, as far as I'm concerned.

(Ignore my Sig. I'm gonna change it later)

***Public Service Announcement!***

Coaches that have TWO starting QBs injured aren't typically on the hot seat. Especially after making the playoffs with their STARTER the previous year.

Now back to your regularly scheduled nonsense.
I understand that but what about the other glaring things such as:

1.Poor play design, execution, getting laughs by former players/coaches
2.Running into stacker box often
3.slow starts for 2 years
4.seemingly lack of game plan or planning

remember he wanted Cutler because he is plug and play so why is there such regression then?

Can Coach Gase get this team to believe and pointed in the right direction? Give up play calling and manage the team. Players that are not towing the line let others play and start. Need to establish good relationships with veterans on all three sides of the ball to help lead and get this turned around. Handle issues in house and not in the press.

When he hired Gase, he said something to the tune of 3 years. Since we made the playoffs first year, might as well make it 5. So yeah not going anywhere, anytime soon, barring a complete meltdown. He's had more on his plate this year than most coaches deal with their entire tenure.

Sure there is that, hell I havent made any bones about my gripes with Gase this year either, but I know he isnt going anywhere, and I dont wan him gone. Gase has ALOT of potential.

I want to see him make changes. I want to see him bring in coaches that belong in the NFL and can not only teach our starters how to play, but develop the younger players.

We need to stop thinking that drafting (or trading for) good players is the cure-all. It's not. Our problem is that we cant develop the talent that we have.

I also hope that Gase realizes that this college offense doesnt work in the NFL and he installs a proper NFL offense.

The last thing i want to see is Gase taking his lumps here, learning from them, and then becoming a HOF coach for some other team.

I like Gase and want to see him succeed hope he's here for a long long time but he needs to clean up things in hurry.
