With the front office knowing that the fans arent happy,time to give them benefit of doubt .I will support the team and give the new coach a chance ,if nothing changes this season there will be no more excuses that Ireland and Ross CANT do the job and things must change.

It's not the new coaching staff that I don't trust. It is Ross and Ireland. I personally think the coaching staff we have is solid. A good chuck of them actually came from a winning team this time as opposed to the last staff that was brought over because Parcells was lazy.

The problem is, even if Philbin WANTS a player, Ireland can still say no. In the end he has final say as to which players are brought in. And even though they my share the same goal for the team. It does not mean they share the same idea as to which players should be brought in to achieve that goal.
