Play well all game but can't close the deal. Seen it so many times in recent years. Told the wife the D would give it up at the end, so predictable.

Although I guess it's better than last year when the D stunk from the opening drive instead of waiting for the final drive.

That was a great chance to change the teams identity. I really wanted them to send more pressure that last drive. Russell had to be a little skiddish he'd been hit all game. They had a blitz dialed up on third down and checked out if it after a timeout. It is scary how consistently they do this.

Yeah, 12 pts given up is absolutely horrendous! If only the defense played every possession like ryan tannehill we would make the super bowl! LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Yeah. I'd bet you and I weren't the only ones thinking here we go again when the Seahawks started the possession. When was the last time the Dolphins had a defense with killer instincts and not just a collection of good players? I can't recall it's been so long.

Yup, no pressure on Wilson on the last drive. Just let Baldwin get wide open in the zone. Should have brought the house every down, Wilson wasn't close to 100%

Been seeing the same disappearing act by the D in tough situations since Olivadotti was walking the sidelines. Even the Zach and JT years were a paper tiger when the stakes were highest. Vance Joseph caught the disease early.

Zach Thomas and Jason Taylor days maybe.

Not having Mario Williams during that last drive killed us. He destroyed the RT almost every ****ing down.

They held an elite offense with an elite qb to 12 points. That's a big deal.

Also, we left the defense out there all effing day. If you hold them to 12 effing points, you should win.

I'll never understand the play calling of defensive coordinators. QB is hurt, bringing pressure is what got your defense in this situation...and then on 4th and 4 you go zone and rush 4. Wilson just sits back there and picks you apart.

It killed me watching how wide open receivers were getting when we only rushed four. Wtf.

The lack of pressure by the D line against an average O line was disappointing.
It was a defensive struggle and both defenses were tired. However, when it mattered the Seahawks defense turned it up a notch and sealed the game.
The Phins win this game if they don't create unforced errors. It should not have come down to the last 3 minutes on the road against a seasoned team. Stills should have caught that ball and ST cannot allow a blocker FG.
Should have been up 20-6 with 4 min left, but that's why elite teams win and also rans remain also rans.

We also allowed points right before the half. Good defenses don't do that. We played well overall, but we are still not there yet.

Did anybody see the obvious hold on Seattle's 4th and 4 which resulted in Baldwin's 1st down catch??

Jordan Phillips bull rushed the left guard right up the middle and he held and nearly turned Phillips around. This happened right in front of Russell Wilson. It doesn't get any easier to see than that, yet no call. No chance Miami's oline gets away with that play under the same circumstance.

It should have been 4th and 14+. Seattle may have elected to punt with 1 timeout and the 2 minute warning. Regardless, our chances would have been much greater on 4th and long.

That's my biggest gripe with NFL officials. Holding occurs on nearly every single play and they pick and choose which to call - -which greatly influences the games. In this case, it was a clear hold.
