On O, we ran well with Miller going 9 for 43 with a 30 yarder, and DT going 12 for 60 with a 16 yarder. Pouncey and Cog blocked well, and Believe It Or Not, Martin had a great game in run blocking. RT was not so good but, should bounce back.

On D, Starks brought it up the middle with 1 sack, 1 hit, and 3 hurries. Odrick did around the same with 0- 2- 2, and Jordan chimed in with 0- 1- 2. Wake and OV did not have good games.

Jones and Clemons did well, and that was about it.

most of the game was on Tannehill. he has been better, and has found chemistry with Wallace and Hartline. as long as he can keep it up, we will be fine.

Yes, The 3 turnovers did us in. Ryan has 5 in the 3 games he has played against Buffalo. The one game he won he was turnover free and we won going away.
That is the key to this game. Don't beat yourself this time.

I feel like the Dolphins going into Buffalo aren't even the same team as earlier in the season. There is a different feel from these guys, almost as if they trust one another more, but yet expect to individually make a play on every single down. The D has a whole new feel with new packages, new uses for athletes, and even with injuries in the secondary there is still an attack mentality. Offense too- guys on the line playing above their ability, connections between Tanne and the WRs formed stronger, and holy crap Daniel Thomas is running hard.

Time might run out on these guys in the playoffs, but I'm very impressed with their development and can't imagine these two games will look alike.

The problem is that there is very little chance for error right now so it would be REALLY bad if the dolphins slip up against the lowly bills. I'm still very skeptical, I need to see a win this sunday.

I want to see LOADS of screens to the side that Clabo is on :chuckle:

Miller had ONE good carry for 30 yards but on the other 8 carries he had 13 yards.

Ozzy rules!!

Good choice. He's the best OT in the NFL on screen blocks for 3 years. Also watch the TE's, especially Clay, on screens, as well as the WR blocking.

True but, I can live with that if DT has the same kind of production. I'll be watching to see if Brenner, with the ability to pull, opens up a few more runs on the outside.

Sooo many guys, not expected to do so, have chimed in and made plays. Brenner, M Thomas, Wilson, Matthews, Moore, Sims, etc. Great to see a total team effort.

Martin and Clabo were getting pushed back that whole game. As a matter of fact on the first pass by Tannehill that was a pick 6 Mario Williams had thrown Martin all the way back and was about to get a sack on Tannehill when Tannehill rushed the pass and got it picked. Tannehill was working in a phone booth the whole game, there was no pocket to work from. Both tackles were getting bull rushed and the pocket was getting pinched. The pass blocking goes beyond giving up sacks, pressures and hits...we have to give Tannehill room to operate. He couldn't step up, sideways or escape the pocket in that game without getting sacked.

My guess is they're probably expecting the ability to do the same to the O-line as they did last time. They didn't try to speed rush, they just ran our tackles over. We need to use that somehow to our advantage...run some delayed handoffs and some screens. I would also like to see more passes on 1st down in this game, short easy throws to keep them from pinning their ears back on obvious passing downs. We most definitely have to keep a TE or a RB in to help pass block too.

I really hope Thomas plays he's the only player on the questionable list all other players are probable.I'd like to see more screens with Miller,Clay, and Thomas. They are finally higher up in our play calling list.

Daniel Thomas is questionable for #MIAvsBUF and everyone else on final injury report is probable. Here it is: http://www.miamidolphins.com/news/a...y-Update/83734b79-6f6e-412b-8ab2-646592a62051

#Dolphins CB Grimes (groin), DS Denney (illness), CB Taylor (hammy), CB Carroll (knee), DT Soliai (ankle) all probable.

Exactly, the you see some teams with what appears to be more talent all around with similar it worse records. The future is bright for this team as players are acquired and developed. Luckily part of that future is now

This team has yet to play one single complete good (not VG or great) game from O, D, and ST's. It's not a lot to ask for, and hope it's coming.
