This is about Miami covering their ass. Martin's camp made a harrasment claim. The organization heard the VM and because of the lanuage (ignoring content) had to act. Once the deatils come out they can always reinstate Incognito and give him back pay, but this was to try and help their case when defending against Martin. This was a legal and HR move.
