Lauren Tannehill's stock is rising as fast as her husband's.
The leggy wife of Miami Dolphins rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill was the subject of an upcoming pictorial being shopped to magazines, a logical first step for the 24-year-old aspiring model. It was originally reported that Maxim would use the pictures, but the magazine has distanced itself from the photoshoot after some pictures, like the one to the right, were posted to a website with Maxim's name attached.


Lauren recently competed the shoot in Hollywood with photographer Roger Snider. It features an abundance of teal and orange and apparently a Heisman trophy pose too. Snider posted more photos at his website.


Mrs. Tannehill became an overnight sensation after she was shown in all her blondness when her husband was selected with the No. 8 pick in April's NFL draft. A photo of her wearing a red ****tail dress and embracing her husband helped make her the top trending topic on the Internet that Friday.


Ryan Tannehill is expected to enter the season as the No. 2 quarterback on Miami's depth chart behind Matt Moore. So what does this say about us, the American sports fan? When we see too much Tim Tebow coverage on ESPN, we're all "why are you talking so much about a backup quarterback?" But a backup quarterback's wife posing for magazines and suddenly we're copacetic.

i wouldn't smash luaren. I would however enjoy a long walk on the beach and just letting her hold me while we talk about our feelings.
 
I sense a bit of jealousy with some posters here. She can do whatever she wants. What happened, did some of you try to whistle at her and she ignored you or what? Get over it. She's our future starting QBs wife.

Hey now, stop posting pictures of Tom Brady.
 
If it makes anyone feel better, I promise you that if Tannehill busts it will have nothing to do with Lauren's modeling and everything to do with some sort of deficiency in his game.
