Lay off Fasano.

I like Fasano, but I wish we had another good tight end like in 2008 when we had him and David Martin

Watch the play again, the lb jams him and ruins the timing and he admitted as much. Not a great throw but it should have been caught.
I noticed the same thing. Fasano was jammed and defense was playing close to him. Clay was wide open toward the sideline. He handcuffs himself with his lack of field vision, starring down his primary target is a no no. Henne doesn't deserve all the blame though, Fasano has to catch that ball!

anybody who puts that INT on Henne needs to study the tape. That was a simple catch for any TE. Fasano has had the drops for a few years now. That one is all on Fasano. Sorry.

Regardless of what anyone thinks about Fasano, good or bad....he needed to make that catch.

A great TE could have made that catch, but it was still a turd in a blanket pass. You dont see good QBs with ball placemnet like that.

To be fair for both sides, Fasano hasn't really played with a Qb that will play to his strengths and he has neither been a player to show that he is among the good 10-20 tight end of the league. Discussing him in the top 10 would be ridiculous.

Anyone notice that many of Henne's interceptions are within 10 yards of LOS?? This guy is so inaccurate when it comes to short passes. While Fasano should have caught the ball, I think we can expect several interceptions like that this year because of Henne's **** accuracy.

its not Fasano's or Henne's fault. I blame the coach, for assuming either of those idiots are starting quality players. Fasano is nothing more then a back up, and Henne...well lets not even get into that.

1. It was a poorly thrown pass by Henne. Off target, wrong speed.

2. Fasano should've caught it anyway.

3. Things like this are why Miami isn't a very good football team, and will continue to not be a very good football team. Most of you have difficulty distinguishing which players suck, and which players suck worse.

A franchise quarterback is a quarterback that makes those players around him BETTER. They accomplish that by doing the little things correctly that get overlooked by fanbases.

Chad Henne will never make anyone around him better, he's not capable. In fact, he's only capable of making good players average, and average players look bad.

Henne is an extremely average quarterback that's been extremely poorly coached by extremely poor coaches. The bottom line is that he'll never make anyone around him better.... He needs to be propped up by elite talent all along the offensive line, and at the skill positions just to have a chance in this league.

If they haven't replaced the quarterback and the head coach 8 years from now... there's not a single iota of doubt in my mind that the same threads and same arguments that go on around here every single day will still be taking place.

First, that throw is completely on Fasano....PERIOD! Second, Fasano is a serviceable TE who can catch ok and block ok. He would be a 2nd-3rd stringer on most teams. I agree with some of the posts here, TE should have been addressed. Henne seems to like the TE's, especially in the red zone.

Fasano can't catch anything - lumbers around and when he does make a catch is susceptible to putting the rock on the carpet - one example two seasons ago in ATL - he cost the Phins a very close reg game - most annoying of all he doesn't support his own QB - I dunno why Henne even throws it to him - the pass was accurate and perfect - Marino ddin't take anything off his throws and he would have berated Fasano at the end of the play - it wasn't a 7 yard throw it was a 7 yard completion the pass was well over 15 yards - catch the ball you are a pro

Don't be tools people
