As a matter of fact he does look kinda pale, I mean damn he lives in south Florida. Go to the beach or something.......
 
His team sucked it up for two weeks after his fired up week 1 speech...maybe he didn't want to jinx it? :idk:

I liked that locker room speech, especially the message "that we're just scratching the surface."

I watched the game recap on the finsiders radio show and they asked him about going for it on 4th and 1 and he said he told all three of his coordinators that he wanted to be aggressive and he said on that decision it was his turn to practice what he preached. But he said really it wasn't a difficult decision.

Being aggressive/high variance I like. I like it a lot.

Probably not ours, but he definitely has that aura, yeah. At the very least, the guy will crush some interviews.

He did a really, really, really good job from a scheming/gameplanning standpoint this week. I know we're all laughing at the Raiders being awful, but he outcoached their defensive staff pretty badly. The Raiders defense honestly isn't that bad. They're not Tennesse, Jacksonville, or Tampa bad.

Are you suggesting his speeches haven't sucked since he became a hc in 2012? If So you have never seen one
