Lazor hiring doesn't make top 10

Doesn't matter at all. You can't compare the hires until they finish a season. Then we figure out whose done better

Take it for what you will, but the hiring of Nick Foles QB coach as our OC doesn't register as a blip on the radar.
Well of course that must mean the author of the article is a nobody who has no credibility, and if we can find just one instance in the past in which he's been wrong, well then it'll surely prove that point of view beyond a shadow of a doubt. ;)

Why would it? The dumpster fire going on in the rest of this organization completely overshadowed it.

I'll take a whatever approach....I personally like the hire and excited to see what he brings to the table.

Good Lord, most everyone on that list is a serious retread. I will take Lazor and be very happy whether the move made that Bozo's top ten or not.

They list 6 offensive coorindators on that list and all were pretty good hires. I do think Lazor deserves to be on that list and there were a few teams were banging on his door to become their offensive coordinator. The Lions thought they had him wrapped up as theirs, but Philbin was able to land his guy in the end.

I honestly think you can remove McAdoo from the list and replace him with Lazor. Not saying McAdoo won't be good or wasn't a good hire, but Lazor at least has experience as an OC in the past and has had success calling plays. McAdoo has always just been a position coach during his career. Advantage Lazor.

As always, what really matters is what happens out on the field. Time will tell if he was a good hire or not.

Ozzy rules!!

That's just a list of head coaches who have been relegated to coordinator positions. Lazor is relatively unknown, which would leave him off of anyone's list.

I'm not as excited as some here about Lazor....he was the QC for eagles but Chip Kelly gets the credit for how well that offense looked not the QB coach and you would give the OC of the eagles more credit than Lazor, so to me its a wait and see on what he brings to the table.

Its like they just threw a bunch of names in a hat and thats how they came up with their list

he's a good writer but there was a time going into the 2001 season that Bill Belichick was rated the worst HC(or one of the bottom few) in the league. the lazor hire could be great or terrible, we'll see what happens.
