Lazor or Philbin ?

For head coach next year if you still had to choose? I'd go Lazor. I feel he has the players more so then Philbin. IMO
 
I think its playoffs or bust for Philbin. However, its rare that an OC is promoted within the same team. I would like to give Lazor a shot if we dont make the playoffs this year. Lets just hope some other team doesnt pick him up and give him a shot before we do.
 
I think it's a little too early to tell with Lazor.
I like just about everything about him, but I need to see how he handles the progress of the offense going forward. He's saying all the right things and has an easier-to-read demeanor than Philbin, and accepts resposibility more often -- I just need to see results on the field.

You can bet on the first coach to be fired this year.

Currently Philbin is 3rd most likely behind Jason Garrett and Dennis Allen

Never too early to start, especially if you want to win some money....

If Al Davis were still alive Dennis Allen would have been gone.

Jerry Jones better not fire Jason Garrett. Who the heck wants to coach that team? You're stuck with whatever crappy players Jerry Jones drafts...Jerry Jones needs to fire himself.
 
Either way, we are starting with a new QB next year so it's going to be tough for whichever one is coach.
