LB Foster said Fins were runner up to Bears

oh no not again !
I doubt Miami seriously wants him, would have been a nice pick up though.
 
I disagree I think Foster would have helped this D tremendously with his versatility. It would have also taken pressure off the draft to produce a quality ILB.

For the money it was low risk, high reward.

And that's my fear and exactly why we should have signed someone to compete at ILB. It couldn't have been any worse than what we lined up last season. Of course I said Ellerbee and Wheeler couldn't have been any worse than Dansby and Burnett from a cost per performance point of view and they clearly were.

So what do I know I guess........that was a swing and miss lol.

Sounds like the options you like for MLB would include 2 or 3 rookies and maybe 1 or 2 free agents? Who are your favorites?
 
What is the news is the Fins were interested in signing Foster.
 
Is it fair to interpret the fact that Miami was showing interest in Foster is a sign that Miami is strongly considering filling the middle linebacker job through free agency instead of the draft?

Interest in Foster . . . 2nd place

They are trying to mislead people with interest in all these players . . . . which is fine . . . but all this work, you better hit on somebody with that 14 pick.
