I think LBs are our biggest weakness on defense, More than CB. Actually pretty satisfied with the DL and more concerned with their age rather than ability. Our LBs are just pitiful and embarrassing to watch, they can't fill holes, miss tackles and have very little instinct. Kiko is not a Middle LB he makes poor reads and is usually out of position and doesn't have the power a MLB needs to be that stud. I think if our DB's weren't so dependent on making so many tackles and could focus more on coverage we'd see a better unit, which still would need upgrading....Hope LBs are an area of focus in the off season, we need 3....

It's brutal to watch. If Suh doesn't get the immediate tackle runners are almost always in the secondary as the LBs are nowhere to be seen. The linebackers seem to be missing in action for most of the game.

Just 2 our of top 7 tacklers are linebackers. That's not good.

Obviously. This has been known before the season started. I think if we kick out Kiko to either side and find an upgrade at Mike in the draft or FA we could actually be better off. But yes, we really need a heavy upgrade at that position sooner rather than later. I would even consider trading Albert since our whole line is made of tackles anyway. Tunsil can move back to his natural spot. We need something quickly.

I don't think quickly is in their book of strategies. Seems the same old pattern of not getting it in the off season and realizing it in the season and then having painted themselves into a corner have little to no options.... Been this way for a decade and seems to have not change today.

You mean... Draft Beckwith (LSU), move Kiko to WLB, & put Hewitt at SLB?
