Rey Maualuga, arrested last nite in Miami, is being waived by the Miami Dolphins.

In their defense, they only brought this guy in because of the injury to McMillan and the flake out of Timmons.

Still, it goes to show the issues that Gase and Burke have been dealing with this year.
