Not to nitpick, but wasn't he actually a yard away from a tie? Ok, I'm nitpickingrecords aint everything, fisher was a yard away from winning the superbowl, we are lucky if we get him.

Le Batard is a bad as Sid. He was saying Harbaugh was a done deal last year. Talk radio is South Fla has ****ty standards.
I love how everyone slams Fisher for his "medicore record" and then turn around and campaign for an unproven Coordinator who has NO record. If "Record" is the qualifier, then tell me who is available and in play that has a better record than Jeff Fisher...cause I aint seen it!
Because I'd rather take the risk on an up and coming coordinator like Chud or Zimmer, who can show us what they have, versus someone who has proven to be rather average throughout his whole career. It doesn't really make sense to take Fisher over someone just because they have "no record."
I don't mean to minimize his accomplishments, I think Jeff Fisher is a great coach. It's just keep hearing how they were one yard away from "winning" the superbowl when that TD would have actually tied the game. Again, a minor detail but true. And Bill Bellichek couldn't get it done when he was the Brown's HC - seems to have worked out in NE after he exercised his Kevin Mack demons.
