Leading in Most Drops

Joe not going for it was SO BRUTAL.

Killed his team's MO.

At this point they need to stop this WR carousel and just pick the three best guys and keep them out there. And until Landry proves that he is any better than the other 4, stop giving him chances based on what he did in college and in practice and give guys who at least track record of success in the pros the reps until he proves otherwise.

Cant blame tannehill on any of the drops today.

To tell you the truth, I still do. More consistent QB play gets more consistent WR play. He's started out accurate today but the inconsistency and underperformance started with Tannehill in the first half of week one, and was absolutely brutal in week two for most of the game. Drops are a reflection of a team's confidence and psyche, and that got established by Tannehill. If this team goes into the locker room without points, I'm rooting for a QB change because the passing game needs a kick in the butt. It hasn't been good dating back to NE of last year.

Agree i felt the same way when joe sent out his groin pulled kicker to try for 48 rather than show some confidence in your offense to to pick up 2 yards.
I don't see philibin turning this around ..

Lol!

The Tanne bashers are so biased that now drop passes are on the QB because of the weeks before. Seriously these statements on here are ignorant, I mean just stupid! Tanne is the only reason we are in this game at all. Drop passes and Wilson thinking this is 2 hand touch instead of tackle are why we are losing. It was also a completely gutless call when we were in their territory on the 1st drive, 3rd and ten to run....just like last week in Buffalo going in to the half. This kid plays his best up tempo!

We have a bunch of drops already today!!! You can blame Tannehill all you want but receivers have to catch it when it thrown to them in stride like everyone has been saying her has to do. Tannehill has been on the money today but no help from his receivers.

I really try to stay neutral here, but this is just so over the top biased and laughably inaccurate, I have to call it out. Tannehill has had some brutal games, but he is actually playing pretty well today. The rest of the team needs to step up.

:bs:

These guys are professionals. They get paid to catch the ****ing ball.

Just seen a stat that the Dolphins have the most drops of any team so far this year. Not making excuses for Tannehill's sub-par play, but this certainly does not help.

I think a lot of that is the ball arriving inaccurately. Still goes down as drops and they often should be caught...but you will lead the league when other teams have more passes arriving on time and on target consistently. But today, Tannehill was spot on for every pass I saw. I missed a little of the second quarter. We are throwing a lot of short slants which he throws well anyway, but that longer pass to Wallace in the second quarter was perfect. The 3 drops today that I saw were excellent throws too. What a waste.

I hope Tannehill keeps playing like he is and that he gets a little help this half. It's like so many players are waiting for someone like Knowshon to inspire them again like he did in game 1. But that won't happen today with him shelved. These are supposed to be professionals!
