hello people the teams that miss the playoffs in nba are in the lottery not the whole league know what your talking about before you talk about it no way could ne win sb and then end up with #2 pick the 20 teams that dont make the playoffs are put in a lottery pool each with a certain number of ping pong balls the worse the record the better the chance to gain a higher draft. A very important fact the worst team in the league cant drop past the 4th pick and the 5th pick cant pick worse than 9 or 10 but you get the point and if the 20th team doesnt get #1 they can only jump a certain amount of spots in the draft. so trust me its totally fair especially i followed it closely when the heat were lottery bound in route to drafting d.wade

I dont think we need a draft lottery.I feel things are fine the way they are.:D

I don't need to learn it, because the NFL will never adbot that ridiculous system.
 
The reason why the NBA has it and not the NFL is because it is to hard to throw games at the NFL level. It is not to difficult to throw an NBA game.
