LeBatard usually defends the ones that don't deserve it, but I think he's genuinely disgusted with Saban's behavior, who wouldn't be. I think he pretty much got it right, great article. He articulated perfectly what's in my mind. Here's a qoute:

He wouldn't be gone if this had been easier, if the Dolphins were better. It wasn't about lifestyle or big-city life or family.

See if Lebatard wasnt a joke 90% of the time, it would lend a lot more weight to the very true and very deserved criticism of Saban. LeBatard has such little credibility it's hard to appreciate these very well written pieces.

Yeah, exactly. I don't know what's come over LeBatard lately, writing well-written, accurate, to the point columns.... I kinda want to email him and ask "Who the hell are you and what did you do with Dan LeBatard?"

Yeah.. I was reading one of his articles the other day and felt somehing like respect for him. It was scary!
 
Yeah. It pains me to say it, but Dan's on the ball here. That said, thsi issue is a no-brainer. You'd have to be a contrarian just for the pain-in-the-azz sake of it, to defend saban.

so b/c you agree with the article, then he's a good writer and has credibilty, but if he writes something you disagree about, then he's not a credibile writer? getthehelloutofherewiththatdumbnonsense

Le Betard is a joke. He's a sad, bitter, failed writer...

It's funny watching that whiny Kornheisser make him his Biotch on ESPN though. He really bends him over and gives it to him...
 
I believe this is the time for the local media to get back at Nick because of the unscrupulous things he did by lying to the Phins (and them) and for making their lives miserable for the time that he was HC. They must be besides themselves that his dictatorship rule has now ended.

It's curiuos how some of them seem to be a bit more pissed off at him than others. I'm thinking that he might have directed some more ca-ca in their direction (than others) at his infamous press conferences.
 
Who cares about Nick Saban anymore, he's a little ***** and we all know that. I just want to get a coach that's going to want to be here and make us a contender.
 
Saban is an idiot. He should've divorced his wife, given her half of what he owns and then take the Bama job where she can't have any of it.
