I didn't want to make a thread on this but no one seems to understand how good this guy is. If we can get him he would really help. Hes a beast he holds the record for the brown's rb's for most carries in a game(it was 45 or somthing) and in that game he ran all over the field.

word is that is highly against the rules and you can bet your arse Suggs agents would be all over them if it was true :rolleyes:

Suggs has done absolutely Zero in the NFL.....unless you count getting injured.

He failed a physical with the Jets. He's banged up and won't make it through 3 games without getting hurt. When he's healthy he's pretty good but he won't do us any good if he's on the bench.
 
I'd really like people to start SUPPORTING their wild opinions.

Please explain, BY SHOWING EVIDENCE, as to why Suggs "is a good/great pickup" and has "talent", and why "wqe should try and pick him up".


It's so amazing here how people have delusions where they honestly believe that a persons name, because it sounds familiar or was once long ago linked to being good, or the chance of being good, means we should get them because of the rumors.

May be against the rules, but it's done all the time. In fact, we did it a few years back with an OL from Atlanta.
 
so now your inside the league and know "it's done all the time"

thats why we have KayJay Harris and Gerald Riggs Jr.


correct me if im wrong, but wasnt Riggs a really good player at Tennessee, or Texas....wherever he went. i dont know much about these college guys, but supposedly if Riggs waited a year he coulda gone real early??? yes, no?

i hope this doesnt mean we keep Minor....IMO, Travis Minor hasnt done anything for us. i miss Autry Denson

Well, if he could just make it through three games, then it's only one more game and then Sammy is back.

I really liked him. I can remember a great victory over the Colts, I think it was in 2000, where Huard was in for Fiedler and Denson seemed to have the ball on almost every play on the game-winning drive.
 
i like lee suggs, i wouldn't trade more then a conditional 7th for him, but i do like the guy. I remember during his rookie season, (our dismal 4-12 season) he really took it to us. He was impressive in that game. I know he's been hurt a lot since, and things haven't really worked out for him, but we only need him as a "backup" role. Not to be a starter. We're talking about a player whose gonna get 10 carries, at the most. Suggs would be great for that.
