Did anyone else like this guy besides me last year? I believe he had the longest run of the season with a 53 yard play. I thought he could have been a decent back up...at least he showed some break away speed.

He had maybe a couple of nice plays while he was here last year. Over past couple of years his problem always was he got injured and missed out during pre-season so we never saw what we had to bring to table. We released him quite awhile back and the Jets picked him up and they ended up releasing him maybe a couple of months ago. I think some team will pick him up on their Practice Squad, nothing more. I don't see him making any Final 53-man roster.

I thought he had potential. but he fell out of favor with the caoching staff last year so they did not play him. Saban is giving Ricky a second chance i think Henry desevers a shot also.

Ya actually I liked Henry, I thought he would have been a solid back up, but he really never got talked about, though with the depth we have running back it would have been hard for him to compete for any kind of shot.

When the league changes to a 251 man roster, we should give him a call.

So you are admitting i'm correct if that is the best you have.
Chin up buddy, I'm just busting your chops. Frankly I'd rather have Henry on the team than Ricky. The problem is he's had alot of chances already and hasn't seemed to make the most of them. Might have been the coaches, but that happens in football.

well its like this No I never liked him and we were probably playin' the cards or lambs when he did it and how bad do ya have to suck 2 get cut by the jets????

funny side note. He is from clinton NC, near where i grew up. Our high schools played each other. I've seen him play many times, as well as at ECU which is in Greenville.

Anyway, my sister caught him in Clinton one day where she works, golden corral. He was hitting up the buffet! She got his autograph for me.

He did the best out of any of our RBs last year when he played(not saying much i know). but then one week he just never went back on the field.

Mega, I agree with you 99% of the time.

Except, when it comes to Ricky.

Yes, I still hate him for what he did. He quit on us.

BUT, he is better at 200 pounds than Leonard Henry is at 215.

He has way better vision and cut-back ability. I'd welcome back Ricky if he agrees to a reasonable contract.

Other than that, F... him.

I thought he might work out too, but for whatever reason he didn't.
