They asked a Detroit Lions' player after their secon straight come from behind victory yesterday "what was the main reason for thier victory?' The player answered: "we just have to take the character of the quaterback." Mathew Stafford, of course who has been said to have an "infectious winning attitude". That player was no other than our cast off- Mr. dan Carpenter. Who has now developed into a starting linebacker for the Lion's.

I ask you now, fellow dejected finfans, who on this team has an "infectious winning attitude" ?

They are all bunch of losers!

The thing is, Bobby Carpenter didn't play that bad as a LB for us. It was on special teams where he sucked ***.

Lessons from Detroit:

1) If you suck long enough the odds will eventually lead to less suckage.
2) With a average first round pick of 6.6 over ten years, the odds suggest that you must get better
3) Taking a QB in the first round is 50/50.

The lesson is draft a franchise QB when you have the chance.
