Let them all pick panthers i think will do much better at home after we just lost to the jets.

Lets just say that this game is going to be highlighted alot on Jacked Up. It is going to be a tough, physical game dominated by who can stop the run, force the turnovers and handle the heat. With Stephen Davis being listed as questionable, we have a good chance to make a REAL splash against a playoff bound team. Also, with Kris Jenkins being out for the season, Ronnie just may have the game we have waited two long weeks for. On the other hand, Carolina is a big, physical team who hits hard and their defense does not play

i dont usually respond with garbage like this but **** CAROLINA

You'll definately be saying that after this guy meets and stomps a mud hole in Mr Ronnie Brown...

You can yawn all you like... to say you guys won't be TRYING to stop Peppers is saying you still believe you guys will make the playoffs.

No big deal... you're not the first Homer a team has as a fan...

If Davis does play the key to the game will be wrapping up & tackling. We've seen far too many times in the past our inability to tackle & cost us the game. I think we'll be able to run on the Jenkinsless Panthers & control the tempo. I'd call the game a push at this point.

whats with the buc's fans? apparently were the only team that has a good website as these haters are bored with their own

anyway, i expect this game to be very tough. i do not think the fins should come out throwing right away. i think the fins should pound the ball. then try to work brown as a reciever to loosen up the linebackers, and pick their spots to throw deep

im pretty confident in the fins run D, but im afraid of smith and proehl. we may see bell in a safety on third downs (maybe more than that) because of his speed

you don't know me yet, so i'll give you a free pass here.

I am FAR from a homer, as you will soon learn if you stick around to read my posts. I am very critical of this team... but at the same time i temper my criticism with reality, which is necessary after losses on Sundays.

My yawn to your post was regarding your choice of words. Having 5 posts, and posting a picture of Peppers with a comment of stomping "mud" in Ronnie Brown is far from a good argument or healthy sports discussion. This is a troll post, and coming from a guy who isn't even a fan of that team, at best it bewilders me. take it to the depths...

so, yeah....

yawn.

our d took some really bad angles against martin, though they cleaned that up in the second half. i doubt he had 20 yards in the second half.

that would be a nice gameplan, but the panthers run D is pretty stout. They will force us to beat them through the air. While it would be nice to establish the run, i think this game will fall a decent bit on Gus' shoulders. If Gus doesn't lay an egg, and our receivers learn how to catch, we should do well.

the fact that their secondary is banged up works heavily to our advantage. We must exploit their weakness here, much like we did in Denver. Once Denver's secondary fell, we ate them up.

Same keys to this game. We must pass and pass often to build an early lead... then pound the ball. If not successful pounding, then back to the air. heck, pad Gus' stats.

well i was thinking that since one of their DTs is out, there may be an opening. doing this will at least slow peppers and rucker in the early going.

i agree that gus HAS to connect downfield if we are going to win. im just afraid of the panthers pass rush setting a tone early because the fins put themselves in long yardage situations

one DT is out, but two DBs are out, and a 3rd is questionable/doubtful.

If you ask me, the odds are already in favor of a better passing game for us than running. Besides, even with 3 DL's out, as long as Peppers is in there, i'd have little faith in our running game. Unless we plan on running to the right every time.

The panther's weakness is NOT their DL... its their secondary. Lucas is their best Db, and he might not play. Let's hope he doesn't play, and we can vicitimize their secondary much like the Broncos.

gamble and minter are pretty good, i believe he tied lucas for the nfc lead in ints last season ( gamble )
