It is clear that the current regime can't get it done.
Ireland pulled the trigger on bad decisions and didn't do anything to address the issues at offensive line. Fired.
Mike Sherman runs plays that don't work, time after time. Fired.
Joe Philbin is robotic, has no heart, and has made game losing decisions. Fired.
Who do I replace them with?
Lovie Smith replaces Philbin, Mike Shula replaces Sherman, and someone not names Tannenbaum replaces Ireland. Might take naming Shula as head coach to get him here, but he has done a fine job in Carolina, and has that fantastic bloodline.
