Hopefully DVP can be healthy and develop chemistry with the QB next year.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with Parker as a WR when healthy. He's just never healthy.

I'm probably his biggest supporter and he's my favorite Dolphin but I'm even at the point where just him being able to play at 100% in every just 13 or 14 games seems like something that would only happen in an alternate reality.
If Parker had played 14 games each year of his career healthy he would probably be a hall of famer.

I would add consistent QB play. I wouldn't go as far as HOF, but I do think he could have been known as one of the better WR in the league over his career in different circumstances.
Parker the guy we love to hate. He is a keeper imo
I just dont see the need in cutting him. He makes peanuts - relative to other receivers in the league. I'd let him play out his contract

What we need to do is add at least 2 quality receivers so Parker is our 3rd/4th option in the pass game. At least one rookie, and maybe a vet, but idk on that front- given all of our other needs.
