The bot line is Mia has 12 drops in through 3 games which is absolutely insane to say the least (4 drops a game avg wow!!). I guess most people don't realize how enormous that is!

Imagine what Thills stats would be, how are D would be playing, and what our win column would look like if we can do something thats taught at a young age?! I'll tell you one thing we prob wouldn't be having these conversations about our off if we could catch the damn ball period end of story. On deep ball throws as well Hartline, Sims, and Wallace all had perfectly thrown bombs for tds yet we got two drops and wallace couldn't get his feet in, just those 3 throws right there would have added 3 more tds and prob 150 yards. Just saying, but that on Thill right lol??

Additionally please don't give me the old "the balls aren't thrown good" if it hits you in the hands or comes near your reach you catch it plain and simple (esp at that level) they get paid millions for something so fundamental and if I recall we had several drive stalling drops against the chiefs in which we were on our way to get points and on 3rd down Thills throws were right on the money (gibson, hardline, clay) and they all dropped them. That more than likely would have changed the outcome of that game.

Yeah Thill has missed some throws and yeah he needs to see the field a little better but its a new system and early in the season thats gonna happen and it should naturally turn around but the plays are there and again 12 drops is ridiculous!! NO WONDER HE HAS REGRESSED!!!!

Also, this is for the people who are dumb enough to think the whole prob is Thill let me hit you with some common sense.

Cant catch the ball = Stalled drives, loss of momentum, no points and one tired ass Defense!!! (which is exactly what we've seen last three wks)

These are fundamentals that affect the whole team when you don't come thru.

People need to open their eyes!!

Thats all.

You might want to start off with facts, if you start a thread that says "look at the facts".

12 drops. not 21. still more than any other team, though.

either way but I just watched ESPN and schlereth just said we have 21 drops? Ill try to find the link but when I heard that I was like wow

I stand corrected if its 12 but 12 still applies to all my points cause thats ridiculous. But I got 21 from Schlereth/ESPN.

I switched it but figure ESPN/Schlereth would have the right stat on that or at least correct him.

the facts are we have a qb who isnt accurate and stinks really bad on 3rd down, the money down. he looks clueless in the pocket if the play breaks down. i just cant believe how awful hes been this year. 1-2 and an awful qbr those are the facts.

Yeah I mean I get your frustration but his 2nd year we have the worst line in NFL, and this year we lead the league in drops thats two ****ty situation for a qb only in his 3rd year, you really thinks thats all on him should he catch and block too? Or are you conveniently leaving out those huge aspects of the game to jump on the hate Thill bandwagon?? #BLINDFANS

Those 3rd downs if you watched last game were perfectly thrown balls and were dropped??

the oline-drops-offensive coordinators-inexperince...when do the excuses stop man?? seriously when? its absolutely freaking ridiculous how much leeway this guy gets with a lot of people on here.

Most Tannehill supporters are not alleviating him of everything. Everyone knows he's not playing well, but the whole team is not playing well. At least not for 60 minutes a game. There are legitimate problems with the whole team.

I think this board would be a lot more fun if every poster on the board agreed to flip to a single position on the QB each week. For instance, one week we could all be Pro Tannehill, and then the next week we could all be Anti Tannehill. Could be fun.

Wildbill, Nubs, what do you think?
