Harrington-Good heart but no accuracy and absolutely missed to many open deep throws last year making chambers look bad
Lemon-look at the name. this guy comes pre named "Lemon" think about that i would not be willing to base the teams future on him. WE NEED A QB IN THE FIRST WITHOUT A DOUBT

I am not a hater but I do realise he hasn't done much in 2 years yes he could come back and be great and he could just as likely comeback and suck so with that 50/50 chance we got rookie qb as backup to groom if c-pep doesn't work out.

Even if Pepper comes back to Pro Bowl form, we still need to draft a QB for the future. Quinn, anyone??

We're past the point where we can bank on 'Pepper. I hope he comes back and plays very well, and can hold off Quinn for 2-3 years tops. But I'm not about to put all my eggs in the 'Pepper basket anytime soon, nor do I think Mueller and Cam will either.

I would love to see Daunte come back and play at a high level again as well. That would be one less position that we need to worry about. But how do you explain his horrible performance during the 2005 season? You can't chalk that up to his knee.

pep's problems start with his head not his knee. dan marino had cadaver knees and look what he was able to do. its called adapting with making pre snap reads and developing a quick release.

You make it out to be very simple - everyone that isn't willing to gamble a whole season on one player (Daunte) is a "hater". Things aren't that black and white in the real world.

I completely agree with you. I am one of the guys who hopes Culpepper can play again as well as he did in 2004. I am even willing to play Harrington or Lemon if Cameron can work his magic on them. But either way, these are only short-term solutions. We need a long-term franchise QB.
I'd love to see Quinn in Miami.

not with the 9th pick we dont. use our high pick on a STARTER at 1 of the many positions this team needs and draft stanton with our 2nd. you guys could really care less if we draft a qb, you wont be happy unless its quinn.
