I'd take Marshall over Wayne any day. Now the two of them together is what I wanted to see. I'm really confused by this move and to get what we got in return is pathetic.
 
Oh cool. We're about to sign a 35 year old QB who just missed an entire season with a neck injury. Meanwhile, we traded one of the best WR's in the league for two third-round picks.

if its for manning, its worth it. bring in wayne, draft blackmon. i like blackmon more than marshall.
 
Why not sign Peyton first then trade Marshall??? That would make a lot more sense.

I agree.. lets wait this out. IF this was to get manning, then I say cheers... IF it wasnt. I dunno man, i just dont know. ITs so hard to stay a fan of a franchise that WANTS to rebuild every 2 years
 
IDK...there has to be something else going on that we don't know yet...If this is the gist of the trade, then they must have wanted to dump him awfully bad to take a hit like that...
 
might be what the real risk is. maybe he said he wouldnt sign unless we dropped him.... which seems dickish, but could be him testing us.

THIS! If it's true this was done all because of Peyton, I just don't get it. How could he not figure out how to get along with a talent like Brandon?
