Let's win out

I'll take growth and a lot of winning but running the table would be sweet although I'll believe it when I see it. I am more confident that the Balt game was an anomaly more than normalcy but we'll see. Let's beat the Jets down and take it one game at a time.

What, you may ask? - "POSITIVITY"

On a more practical plane - if we can improve as much across the board as we were "unimproved" during our losing streak, we might actually "win out".

I feel we've got a lot of good receivers (including our running backs) and while I was "Luke Warm" on drafting Tua (I had no problem with his skill sets), I saw the last quarter of the Ravens game and he was "routinely" getting the ball out under 2 seconds (and that was about all the time he really had).

This could be the sign that he can function effectively with our current OL. It's not out of the realm of possibility that we improve our offensive line due to this seasons experience to date and by making 2 positional changes with our current players, i.e. a T to a G or a LT to a RT, or even both.

If nothing else, it will give the "Lemmings" something to "squeal" about - LOL
 
It's amazing the optimism one big win can inspire; as the opposite is true with a bad loss.
That Bills game Week 2 literally destroyed my hope for the season. One of the worst games I've ever seen. The Baltimore win wasn't enough to overcome that feeling from Week 2.
Strange things happen in sports, so we will see....
It would be nice to have something to feel good about in my personal sports world.
 
If we beat the jests confidence will be building and if Tua plays I see a 17+ points win it’ll be a walkover not a close one

Washington fans are doing the same thing. One win against a good team that was unexpected really brightens the morale for teams like Miami and WFT.
 
- lets not sit in a trance while the opponent's LDE destroys our QB
- lets call a timeout when the rest of the world can see our 6'6" TE is losing his ****
- lets show up to play after getting $1M
- lets draft a OT who doesn't look like he should "kick over to G"

I'm pulling for you by believing we get to 7-7 before the end of the season; then it will get very exciting.
 
I think there is less than 5% chance we can do it. But of course I see no reason to root against it, because we dont have our first rounder, and if this happens then Flores deserves to be here next year and hopefully he learns that he needs a new strategy on offense.

I think at the best case scenario we will lose two more games. At least I hope this team becomes funny like last week and not unwatchable like the rest of the season so far.
