This guy seems to be what he was made out to be in the pre-season. when he got the ball, he made the most of. he really impressed me last night and i think he needs more carries against the bills to boost his confidence. let ricky rest a little and give hilliard 15-20 carries, see what the kid can bring to the table.

I hav to agree, rickys not gona like takin that load week in and week out, I was very impressed with lex beit it was only what 3 or 4 carried, he's an inside the tackles runner and he's seem to be really hard to bring down with just 1 guy. U feature ricky but spell him with Lex 15 to 20 carries sound about right, remember ricky aint no spring chicken anymore.

I thought he did well giving Ricky a breather. Hit the hole with authority, did some nice north-south running. With Ronnie out, he'll get the chance to show what he can do. Given his style, I'm not sure if he can hold up to 20 carries a game, but he was a nice complement last night. Ricky's the starter, but Hilliard flashed some potential.

Looking ahead to future games. What I'd like to see

Ricky - 18 - 20 carries
Hilliard - 5 - 7 carries
Sheets - 5 - 7 carries (change of pace pure speed back)
Polite - 4 carries (mostly 3rd and 1, 4th and 1 situations)
