Linebacker Jason Glenn Signs with Miami...
Posted on: 2005-07-27

[Official Site] The Miami Dolphins today signed linebacker Jason Glenn to a one-year contract.

The 6-0, 231-pound Glenn played the last four seasons for the New York Jets after they claimed him off waivers from the Detroit Lions prior to the start of the 2001 season. Detroit had drafted him in the sixth round that year out of Texas A&M.
glenn? what about lance?

From his stats, he must be getting alot of PT with the Jets. So i say that he will be competing for the last LB spot.

the only thing i dont get is, hes not to big...hes practicly the same size as ronnie brown...thats not saban like.

:shakeno: Was that really necessary?
Yes, it was... and he's an EX-JET... even worse, an ex-jet who stinks. At least we've got a non-LSU signing for once

Wow. And I go to LSU.

You are really gaining points in my book.

If Glenn makes the team he provides veteran backup experience and special teams play.

one of the LSU players, Lionel Turner, surprised me by retiring. I guess Saban told him he couldn't make it in the NFL.

hmmm.... i'm not sure about this signing, but hey get him in camp see what he can do. I faintly remember him w/ the Jets
