I was very impressed by Jelani Jenkins. He appears to have improved significantly. Full marks to Trusnick, as well. I have never been a big fan but he got it done today. I attended the game. How bad were the injuries to Koa Misi and Dannell Ellerbe?

Misi was in a walking boot so that doesn't sound good. Also Salguero said Ellerbe was walking very gingerly, so are hand may be forced here anyway on who plays.

McCain, Tripp, Jenkins is our future starting LB unit.

Hell, if Tripp is healthy for next game, I'd say the future is now.

I'd rather go through the growing pains of young players who are learning and busting their asses out there than the debilitating torture of watching our lazy, overpaid, undertalented starting LBs.
