I must say that these Saints fans that have been hanging around Finheaven this week have been really classy. Not the typical fans that jump on every week and talk trash and get everyone in an uproar. Also work with a Big Saints fan and he is the same way. Modest and Humble. Thanks for being classy guys!!

No matter what happens in this Sunday's game, I will be rooting for the Saints over the Falcons in the following week and their division battle.

Saints fans have acted with a lot more class than the dirty bird fans did.

Any idea how long he's been a fan?

Most of us are still expecting a huge letdown, since that's all we've ever gotten in ~42 years. Us long-term fans are usually pessimistic, skeptical or cautiously optimistic. The last time we went 5-0 in 1993, we ended the season 8-8. This is after 3 straight one and done appearances in the playoffs.

I'm sure you can understand why most of us would be a little hesitant to talk smack...not that it holds everyone back, obviously.

No ****. I know LOTS of Saints fans. I also, know how the city lives and dies with the team. I was down there for only one year, working as security on one of those FEMA camps. On sunday, you could hear the whole site live and die on every play. I came to respect and revile many things about NOLA on that jouney. The love of football was one I loved.

Most Saints fans I've ever met...TRUE fans, have a great deal of angst and, don't talk ****.

The Saints team is insanely ****y. Brees is very ****y. And they have won 6 games in a row. No losses this season. They act like kings. So that is why they are being nice. They do not see us as a threat at all. They may say some ok things about us, but they really think they should be able to dispose of us easy this Sunday.

Miami needs to take offense to that and give them a very physical game and then beat them.

Really? You seem to be seeing something that isn't there.....No threat? Maybe to the talking heads at ESPN but I think if you read around Saintsreport and in the NO media you'd find most people are taking the Phins very seriously. The Saints ran some Wildcat in practice before the Giants game. Do you seriously think that Payton's going to take the ball out Brees' hands? No they were clearly trying to prep the Defense for this matchup. You don't spend extra time preparing for an opponent if you don't respect them.

Brees' ****y? He's confident but hardly "****y". He did say in an interview (not about the 'Phins game) that he expected the Offense to score 40 points a game. He was talking about the level of play he expects from himself and the rest of the offensive personnel. The rest of the team has talking very carefully about "one game at time" and the next opponent. I guarantee you the players are not taking the Phins lightly.

I am math tutor at a college and I am always wearing something dolphins and this Saints fan came in every day this week and has laugh at me say omg you guys are going to be ripped apart. What a douche at least you guys on this forum can talk football and not a$$es about it.

I for one am happy for the Saints. They haven't had a lot to be happy about in a loooooong time. It is good to see then suceed. They have good fans and 99.9% of their posters have shown pride in their Team without being trolls like the Jets fans and others who have come on here. I hope we kill them this week, but actually wish them the best and hope they can make it to the Superbowl. That city needs that!
