Could be worst, we could be Bucs fans:lol:

listening to some tampa sports radio right now. they're literally talking about the #1 pick in the draft. and the possibility of bringing in favre. it looks bad...simms has shown no progression whatsoever.

well hes been having some back spasms, but hes fine really. trust me. ive watched both games. as im in the tampa area.

Caddy has ran fine, they just cant run block for ****. they cant pass block either. Chris Simms looks horrible. completely inaccurate and making the worst decisions possible most the time. caddy has no wholes what so ever and the defense has stacked up 8 man fronts in both games. and as bad as his #s look, he had a good first game, and they only gave it to him 8 times.

make no mistake, they lost agaisnt 2 quality teams, but the losses were unbelieveably pathetic.

It's an old story.

Well we do stink. Maybe we'll stop stinking but I have seen my share of NFL teams revamp in the offseason with Free Agent acquisitions and be heralded the "Next Big Thing" more than once. The Redskins come to mind first. We never stop worshipping individual stats and talent in this game but it's a team sport and we're NOT A TEAM. Hopefully that will change. If not I can cure my addiction to NFL football.

they blocked fine for the pass yesterday. but that's mostly because the d-linemen are being told to just drop back and throw their hands up when simms throws because they know they can knock down the passes.

and they only gave him the ball 8 times in week one was because of those back spasms. seems like he always has some nagging injury...

Also Simms has a tendancy to throw low. My prediction, Bucs make a trade with the Titans that sends Volek to the Bucs.

my own opinion, i think simms was and is way overrated. i never really saw him do anything special last year. that was most obvious in the drumming the pats handed them towards the end of the season. (i was rooting for the bucs in that game) more reminiscant of the ravens with dilfer the year they won the superbowl. barely get by on offense, let the defense handle the rest. it's just now, another year down the road, the rest of the nfl, has figured out how to take him out of his game. i didnt watch the game last week, but week 1 the ravens got out front relatively early, and when your behind your always gonna throw more than run, so that'd be my guess as to why caddy's not gettin his touches.

as i said before, cadillac didn't get more than 8 carries against the ravens because he had back spasms and they held him out of the game.

i agree, there is no way you team can recover from a 0-2 start. we all know this because it has never happened in the past... :rolleyes2
