I'd be pissed if i was Cadillac and saw Williamson got more money and was selected 2 spots later.
he told everyone when he was draftd that he would be in camp, and not be a big problem in signing a contact. thats his fault.

just by looking at this list, Brown is going to cost yall A LOT.

I just hope and pray that they come up with a rookie salary signing cap like they've been talking to. And its a good thing that the vet's are agreeing with this too. Then it won't mean much about contract negotiations with draftee's. They'll be in camp with little frustration.

yeah i think thats something that could be passed easy with the NFLPA, they are already in the league and it wont effect them and it will give teams more money to give to veterans... i think a rookie cap could be agreed on by both parties pretty easy

yeah because the 900,000 dollars is going to make his poket seem a little heavier.....such a joke

What is the problem here????

That list right there provides evidence to France that Miami is in the correct ballpark. Look at guaranteed money from the #16 player towards the top. It increases roughly $1 million dollars per spot (averaging it out, and actually giving Brown the benefit of the doubt here!!). Aside from Carnell's deal, continue that flow and you see Brown SHOULD BE AT $18 MILLION. Alex Smith and Carnell cancel each other out! Smith is on the higher side of the weighting, and Carnell took a lower side of the waiting.

The fact is Caddy was more productive and took less to get into camp. He has said he wants to prove he is the best. He is on track by just getting it done and getting into camp. He will be more productive than the other Rbs' taken around his slot. Atleast early on.
