After listening to Nolan (NFL Network) I am convinced he will select Smith. He eluded to the most popular opinions among "most" of his staff, and that has been documented as Smith. I expect Miami to have Braylon Edwards as the bait necessary to trade. He will bring in offers. The question is are the offers better than Miami's grade for him.
A dark horse trade partner? Philly. I think it is highly likely Miami can get more middle round picks than they know what to do with through a trade with Philly. Philly has a slew of picks (one we know real well). If we aquire two first round picks I would seriously call Philly and acquire multiple middle round picks (2s, 3s, 4s).
