Lito Sheppard is officially the Eagles' second-team right corner, behind Sheldon Brown.
The two were listed as "co-starters" on Philly's first training camp depth chart, but their new lineup has Sheppard as a backup. Brown and Asante Samuel will likely see the most playing time this season. If Lito isn't traded, he'll play the right side on nickel downs with Brown covering the slot.

Thats an insult. Someone (hopefully the fins) needs pick this man up! His trade value has just been lowered and for a 3rd or 4th I'd pick him up! Any thoughts?
 
If we can get him for a 3rd or 4th round draft pick we need to jump all over that
 
Giving mid round picks away for old vets is what got us in this mess in the first place.

no giving 2nd round picks for garbage quater backs and giving two first round picks for a pot head running back got us in this mess. giving a 4th round pick for a 26 yeard old good corner is a steal in my eyes. sheppard is injury proned but for a 4th i would sign seal and deliver it as soon as possibke

If Lito is so great like everyone here THINKS he is......why did Philly go after Asante Samuel and give him all the cash? Furthermore, why isn't he starting over Sheldon Brown?

I don't know anything about why Lito isn't starting in Philly. But I just had to comment on your avatar. I love it!!! Where'd you get it?

Lito is 27. We just drafted a 26 year old in the fourth round this past draft. (Murphy)

I'd definately give up a 4th rounder for a 27 year old two-time Pro Bowler.
 
Product of the system guys, Jim Johnson's blitzes are the reason he is a pro-bowler.
 
if he is injury prone i want no part of him.
after will allen's antics today we might need another corner due to a possible suspension
