This was not written on any site, but this was in the latest ESPN Magazine.

There is no link, don't ask, but I'm typing it as it reads from the magazine. It's from the "Hot Reads" column on the NFL page. (pg. 112)


"...Credit Chris Chambers with an assist in the Daunte Culpepper-to-the-Dolphins deal. The two talked a couple weeks before the trade, a convo that the Miami wideout enthusiastically relayed to his Dolphins coaches. After the deal, Culpepper called Chambers to thank him. "I saved the message, man," Chambers says. "It's gonna be special."

This may be a stretch, but Chambers(not having T.O/Moss baggage) may be the best WR in the league, with D Pep in Miami. Sounds like the chemistry started before Daunte was even a Phin.:D
 
I would love for Culpepper and Chambers to have that Manning/Harrison connection and friendship...:D

I am very happy to see Chris finally get a QB he really wanted. Every year he has been going along with the flow(Fiedler, Feeley, Frerotte), and now all that waiting finally payed off. A QB and a WR with that strong of a relationship will result in high production. :D

i'd definetly consider that being a STRETCH..there are tons of great WR/QB combos in the league ... harrison-manning.. bulger-holt.. palmer - chad johnson.... but lets hope for big things! If culpepper could put up the consistency of any of those tag teams.. we are in for a great year!
 
We could have Chambers on one side and Chad Jackson or Holmes on the other......Ronnie and hopefully Ricky in the backfield.....DC at the QB spot.....damn, I can't wait.
 
arent they supposedly going to meet up on the offseason and start practicing together already?
 
ha that is awesome, C pep, Chambers, and Ronnie would make a great trio of friends.

oh ya and McMike of course would be included in the circle of friends and booker, and ricky and welker and lj shelton

By the time they are done they could put up some good numbers. Maybe even rivaling the careers of Marino/Clayton together ..???:wink:
