Hey everyone,

It's that time of the week again. Plenty to chat about this week with the first batch of football games in the books.

Did the Falcons really abuse the Dolphins' 1st team defense? Is there cause for concern? No, and I'll explain why.

You can join the chat this week by following the link below, or clicking the "Finheaven Live Chat" tab at the top of the forum.

I look forward to talking with all of you.

Some very positive news.

A close friend of mine, Nate Sullivan (Pro Scout for the Dolphins), has agreed to stop in and answer some questions tonight. Obviously, he can't share too much information, but I told him I'm hosting a chalk talk with Dolphin fans and he offered to stop in and see what it was about.

Unfortunately, the questions will have to be pre-selected ahead of time so that I can provide him with answerable questions at the chat. If you would like a question asked, please post it here or send me a private message.

Thanks guys, hope to see you there.

Was Jimmy Wilson someone Miami targeted or did he just fall farther than anticipated? If he was a late round priority, what led to the decision to draft him? Any hesitations?

Interesting. That's very generous of him to give us some of his time (as it is, of course, also generous of you to give us yours). I'm finally able to be home for this chat so this is a nice bonus.

A few questions I might ask (I understand if some are functionally unanswerable due to privacy/proprietary concerns -- also, some of these might be more of coaching staff questions than front office questions). But I'll try to avoid some of the more obvious/hot button issues:

1. What about Reggie Bush's history makes the front office confident that he can handle a bigger load than he handled in New Orleans? Was there any discussion about his lower YPC on grass relative to turf?

2. Has there been any discussion of moving Lex Hilliard to fullback full time? What is the vision for the fullback position in the new offense?

3. What round does he think Jimmy Wilson would have been drafted in had he not had the issues with his past?

4. Why does he think Clyde Gates fell to the 4th round?

5. Does the front office conceive of the quarterback position as merely being "the first among equals" or a red alert, absolutely vital, must solve at all costs kind of position?

6. What is the view inside of the building of Richie Incognito as a "move" player?

7. Can he give us some insight into how the quarterbacks were ranked by the scouting department last year? How about the running backs?

8. Other than Tom Brady and Darrelle Revis, who I assume are #1 and #2, who does he believe is the toughest player inside the division to contend with?

Okay,

How did Henne grade out? Strengths? Weakness?

How did Pouncey grade out Strengths? Weakness?

The OL as a unit? What the hell happened on the first couple of drives? Falcon 1st unit that good? Working against a 4-3 front instead of a 3-4 as in practice?

Return game? Is Livas going to be the KR/PR?

Just wanted to drop in to say thanks for asking about Wilson. Missed the chat because I was running, but I read the log.

Thank you to everyone who attended tonight.

It seems we have more and more attendees each session. At this rate, I may have to consider doing them more frequently.
