The reason why scouts have soured on him lately is that they expected his velocity to improve as he got older, but it stayed in the 88-90 mph range. Yusmeiro is Petit. His name is Yusmeiro Petit. Oh well, the point is that he's similar in shape I guess to Bartolo Colon but doesn't throw that hard, which is why the scouts are confused. I'm more concerned about wins and ERA as long as he doesn't get too huge.
