Doubt it. The kinda of coach he is, his motivation is working with his players on the field. Wanny tried to get through to the players the nice way, Nick will get through, even if has to get into someones @ss!

Anything that helps motivate works, but I don't see him pulling out those guns unless the game really deserves it! He won't cry wolf, maybe play it up late in season if we are contending.
