Saban is a great leader and wants to show his players I'll treat you the best. It also reminds me of college recruiting, bring the best by giving them the works, Saban is doing well so far. VERY WELL

Dolphins Insider had video of the new digs.....new lockers, leather reclining cushions, safes, new carpet and logo, and HD flat screens throughout....very nice.

I love owners like Wayne and Cuban who use their money to provide the best for the teams. These guys are dedicated to winning and keeping 50+ players and coaches happy in the locker room is tough in cramped quarters and small crappy lockers. If you get a chance check out the Mavericks locker rooms and pratice complex, they are crazy..
