How exactly does everyone want to see the Suck for Luck Campaign come about?

Do people want our players to stop playing on the field? Do you want our front office to stop coaching during practice? Should we fumble on every play? Throw incompletes all the time? Let opposing teams score on the first play of every draft?

Pleas enlighten me on how you want to see the Dolphins lose games and how seeing such things are going to make you feel better.

we want them to lose their spirits and in turn lose their effort on the field, the opponent will do the rest.

All of this is already happening and has been happening.

I don't have to want and hope for anything. I just have to watch it and kinda chuckle about it at this point.

I will admit it is a hard thing to watch, but I just keep thinking of the possibilities of what could be if, and when Luck if a Fin. I will have 10+ years of cheering to do.

Agreed! Took the words right out of my mouth.

We don't need to call it Suck for Luck, it should be "we just suck". There is nothing the fans can do to make the team win or we'd be 16-0 every season. There's also nothing we can do to make them lose...they're doing a fine job of that by themselves.

We're an angry fanbase, tired of the franchise not putting any focus on the QB position since 1983, tired of passing on playmakers for "safe" picks, tired of inept management, tired of no passion on the field, tired of being dominated and embarressed...just tired...a tired fanbase. It wears on you and eventually you just get mad about it, which eventually turns to apathy, which eventually turns to no longer being a fan. Most of the fan base is either angry or apathetic. But the popularity of the franchise is dropping rapidly as well.

If they downplay their ability it could very easily ruin them for years to come.

Downplay their ability...

They are doing that now so they have no where to go but up.

It's great you few fans want mediocre QB play and 7-9 seasons.

logistics of a fan campaign?

We are fans. We spend money on the Dolphins because we love them. We show up in the stadium and cheer them on.

BUT THEY HAVE FAILED US FOR LONG ENOUGH. WE ARE ONE OF THE LONGEST SUFFERING FRANCHISES IN ALL OF FOOTBALL. THIS WAS ONCE A PROUD FRANCHISE, WE ARE NOW A LAUGHING STOCK AND ITS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE.

SO!......

as fans -

- we no longer show up to the stadium
- we make our voice heard loud and clear - WE WANT A FRANCHISE QB. WE WANT ANDREW LUCK, IF POSSIBLE.
- we want to get rid of this bill parcells regime. The NFL has moved on, 80's philosophies DO NOT WORK IN TODAYS NFL
- WE ARE TIRED OF LOSING.

So this is what we do as fans. The Miami Dolphins SUCK ON THEIR OWN. What are you a moron or something that thinks fans make players lose? Players suck on their own. Fans now want to just cheer against them to fix this mess.

Yeah, uhm, I hate to break it to you but we don't need to 'hope' for anything with the idea of Suck for Luck. 'We' already suck. Suck for Luck is all about accepting that our team is ****ing terrible, and that at least we can cheer and take comfort in the fact that we just might be bad enough to land the #1 overall pick in a year when the #1 prospect of the last decade is probably going to declare for the draft.

If you're going to suck, then suck spectacularly and at the right time. That's what SFL is about. Nobody wants Miami to suck. I would bet that 90% of the SFL bandwagon wants Miami to be a good team, RIGHT NOW. But they are not. They are garbage. So be garbage enough at the right time to give yourself a better chance to be great later.

Nobody here is going to jump off a bridge if we don't have the #1 pick or if Luck stays at Stanford or pulls an Elway. It's not about Luck, it's about the Miami Dolphins and this organization having a unique opportunity to draft one of three or four exceptional QB prospects now that it's out of playoff contention and it's a foregone conclusion that the coaching staff will be fired.

And you know what the best thing about it all is? All you guys who are afraid that Jets fans are going to laugh at you when you go into your ****ty job on Monday morning, guess what? If you're happy that your team is bad enough to be competing for the #1 draft pick, then what are they going to say? Are they going to brag about their back to back AFC Championship game appearances that got them NOTHING but worse draft position for future success?

By extremely irrational play calling...

Top 4 choices:
#4- When we kick off, no matter the penalty, we have our kicker pick up the ball and make a mad dash to the opposing team's endzone.
#3- When we get the ball, on first down, we send Brandon Fields to fake punt and run the ball up the middle every time.
#2- On second downs, Brandon Fields punts the ball regardless of field position- especially when we are in the redzone...just punt it.
#1- If for some reason we are backed up behind the 20 yard line on offense, we line up in the shotgun, qb takes the snap and slowly kneels the ball.
