You don't seem to get the fact that he is playing against scrubs who won't be in the NFL in 2 weeks.

Berlin has showed more talent than we thought, but that doesn't mean he is good, that means he is merely below average. Sage was teh best QB tonight, but that wasn't saying much. People are just reaching for something at QB to be optimistic about.

So far he has been accurate, but his throws have as much juice on them as Fiedler's. He'll throw a lot of picks against a competent D.
 
I have watched many Canes games, and the facts were that in college he played best out of the shotgun but struggled behind the center... I believe it was do to his heighth and his down field perception ability to see the recievers quickly... also he has a hard time throwing the deep out...

Yeah probably, but the pas before the INT in the Bears game was beautiful, as I was just about to come on here and sing his praises. Then he lost the game.
 
ok, ok , ok, this is getting ridiculus just because you clowns are mad it desn't mean that you must take it out on brock . just because brock played bad in college that desn't mean that he will be a bad qb in the pros. besides feely hasn't showed any heart and he goes down if a deffender gets closeto him . so lets forget about the qb compitition and root for our team this is a team sport. if sage is the qb then i will root for him . if a.j is the qb i will root for him too. but dont hate a guy just because he had abad college career. people do improve and a.j just may not have what feidler had . i dont care how we win. i just think some of you are too hard on brock and sage. so back off

1. Feeley showed plenty of heart last year when he was fighting through those injuries.
2. Fact is that Brock has been playing against the fourth string defense the whole time. If rookie QBs drafted in the first round generally suck their rookie year, imagine an undrafted FA. Someone said it before and nthey were right: people are grasping for straws because of our less-than-inspiring QB situation. What are the cances that this guy EVER sees the field for our team, realistically?

Never said he would start, but I did say that he did better than most people expected. Most people expected him to be lost and an embarrassment, scrubs or no scrubs.
 
Man, you guys are like suicide bombers defending Feeley, Frerotte, Rosenfels and Berlin.

It's scary.

1. Heart doesn't make up for lack of talent (see the past five seasons) 2. Berlin is also playing with scrubs..... Stupid arguement, you can only play when you told, against whoever is out there at the time. Berlin is showing much more than anyone expected of him, and Feely is showing a lot less than we expected. Wouldn't hurt to see Berlin thrown against the first or second sting........

uh im so sick of the "he's playing against 3rd and 4th stringers!" well he's also playing WITH 3rd and 4th stringers!
