Lombardi: Titans planning for Manning Visit....

[QUOTEPretty sure Omar was just being a moron and has mistaken Houston for the titans.. ][/QUOTE]

I think thats the case cuz I just checked multiple sites and there is no info on this, but if this were true I would take schaub depending on the price, he is only 30 and we could get 5-6 good years out of him, I would rather take a chance on schaub than on FLynn

If I were Peyton, I'd also leave no stone unturned; HOWEVER:

a) It's downright rude living here, lunching occasionally with our own Dan Marino, spreading himself as wide as a $10 hooker (no offense "Mrs" Bryant) and not at least visiting with us, if nothing more than an adopted hometown courtesy. Of course it's his choice, but then again it's also anyone who interfaces with him down here's choice to tell him what they think of it.

b) although I know it's prudent to do what he's doing, by the way he's handling it, I'm starting to get the Favre diva vibe from all of this.

c) then again, maybe Philbin has only Flynn in his sights and advised Tom Condon accordingly not to waste his time cause it ain't gonna happen. :idk:

Would you guys approve of a package trade that sends Hasselbeck and Locker to Miami?

They would probably cut Hasselbeck and kep Locker to learn off Manning. But if Locker could be acquired for a trade, then he would be certainly worth looking at. Played well in limited action last season and has huge potential.

If he signs with someone other than us, its probably best if its a team like the Titans or Texans.

Another visit to drive up his price from Miami. Don't think or one second Miami is off his list. Tennessee is rebuilding, no way he ends up there.
