He's a tough listen, simply because (imo) he thinks about what each word he says means before he says it.

HOWEVER - go into settings and select x1.25 playback speed. You'll thank me later, because it makes all the difference in the world.

Pretty much zero nuts and bolts team wise, this interview was entirely about what made Mike McD who he is today. Anybody looking for nuggets about the team may as well just sit this one out. I found it enlightening, as a former latch key kid from a broken home that developed a drinking problem to hide from issues, I find his struggle and subsequent success to be an inspiration. Easy guy to root for.
