Long, in his second season as Miami's left tackle, is the only Dolphins player leading in votes at his position.

I'll vote for him because he's a Dolphin and a damn good Tackle. I'm just surprised he's been able to garner that many votes with the way he's played at times this year, especially in pass protection. To his credit, he's done an excellent job over the last 3 or 4 games in that regard.

I love Big Jake and he is defiantly a pro bowler but as the #1 tackle? Hmmm Joe Thomas might be a hair better then Long right now and only because he has one more year.

How can Lou Polite not be a pro bowler?

I disagree,I dont know how good Joe Thomas is right now.Brady Quinn,or Derek Anderson has had to watch there back a few times this season....

Is there a tackle in the AFC to be feared next to Jake - Joe looked lost VS. Baltimore earlier this year..., no one plays in your face at LT they are all prototypical LTs - Jake can crush you...

With the schedule we have compared to other teams, I think Jake couldn't have seen a tougher year than this year. He is well deserved IMO.

This guy is an imbecile. Long is not the only dolphin who deserves to go to the pro bowl. Starks, Carey, Polite, Ricky, JT are putting up elite numbers.
