You know how nice it's going to be to have a QB who can run for a first down on 3rd and 5?

Gus did a nice job last year, but if he didn't throw for the 1st down, we weren't getting it.

Daunte adds that whole other deminsion to our offense.

they say he will be down to around 245 by end of season, that picture he was probably 260-270, good work!

He is just jealous at what we are getting. While he is also afraid of what the Dolphins are going to do to the Jills this season.

Look at those pictures, tell me thats 6 pounds. Unless he gained a lot of muscle which weighs more than fat anyway
 
Man in the third picture his gut is really busting out...He is in shape now, cant beleive this man played football as well as he did with a beer belly, imagine how he will do now that he is eating healthy and busting his *** in the wheightroom...

actually if u mean a flak jacket, ur wrong, daunte only wears a back protecter because of when he injured his back, he doesnt wear any kind of stomache protection, dont argue with me, just know that im right:wink:
 
yeah in the vikings pics he's definitely in full gear so he has the qb rib pads and stuff on. the dolphins pic is merely shoulder pads for camp.

No, he does NOT have a flak jacket on in the Vikings pictures.

The guy lost fat. That's good.
 
he never wore a flak jacket in minnesota, they did a sportscenter article on him saying how he didnt like the feel of it, because denny green wanted him to wear one because he runs. but daunte refused. he only wears a back pad, as u can see in the couple pics above, because of when he was rushing for a td in detriot a couple years ago one of the defenders took a cheap shot on his back when he was in the endzone.
