If I remember correctly, Allen was staying with and had good position on the WRs in minicamp (with the exception of Ginn), but still couldn't keep them from catching the ball. Maybe his ears are still ringing from last season when Saban kept screaming, "DON'T LOOK BACK FOR THE BALL!!!"Great play!
No doubt he can hit like a ton of bricks but the question mark remains in his coverage abilities
Number 24 is Renaldo Hill.i have to agree it was a nice play to break up the ball but the help of #24(?) maed it look like a monster hit by allen when he barely brushed watsons leg and seemed to hit more the ball then watson. but i have to admit for once allen was in perfect position to break the play.
should retitle... "watch this plaY... their is nothing remarkable about the HIT itself...
