...Phibin gets out of his own way and lets the coordinators work for him. They CAN make him look good. Philbin has been indecisive and he's even gotten in the way. He needs to trust his coordinators. If Philbin would let go of his conservative nature and let Miami attack, this team can get it done. No question. The Dolphins dominated on both sides of the ball today. They have the ability to do this week in and week out. Our Achilles heel has been buffalo. But today's play calling is what we have to bring against the Bills. Had we done this against them earlier in the season and had we held on against the Packers this would be an entirely different conversation. We could and SHOULD be 4-2 or BETTER. This Dolphins team is much better than the record suggests. Tannehill has been part of the the issue. But mostly it has been a coaching problem. We have NOT played to our QBs strengths until today and the 2nd half of last week. We have to continue to do so from here on out. BUT...A BIG BUT.... we have to capitalize on the opportunities we get. We have to. Hasn't happened consistently enough.

There is this thing called a progression towards playing like a team. and that means everyone.

I hate it when one guy gets blamed all the time because life doesnt work like that in team football. Rex Ryan doesnt get in the way of his guys yet they suck.

I did see Philbin just listening to the offensive calls from Lazor standing right beside him. Upper management should just be for show, they know nothing about what's going on.
