look guys we are on the right track!

my view point!

guys we are on the right track as a team and organization! just think...if you neglect cleaning your home for months at a time...you can't possibly get it all back in order in a day! wanny didn't clean the dolphins house for years...and nick can't possibly get it ready for house and gardens in one year!! nick has started to put the players in positions for the future!! he will get us younger on defense...he will get the qb of the future...he will get us a left tackle(if we don't have one now) through the draft and free agency we will become dominant ....younger and ready to compete for the playoffs and superbowl for years to come!! just be patient..i know it hurts watching us lose close games that we should win..but in those loses nick is learning more about our team!! he is learning who has heart...ability and who he can trust to make plays!! our sundays will be fun again soon and we can all look back at this process and say we were there when it started to turn around!!!!!!!

When Wanny was our coach the star free agents didn't want to play at Miami.:mad:Hopefully that will change now.;)

Maybe you didn't know this, but there was alot of key FA's that wanted to play for us this past offseason. Hopefully it will be the same this offseason.
 
I think the base for our defence is in place with Crowder,Daniels,Roth,Poole,Wright and Vickerson....we'll need another LB or 2,one more corner and another d-lineman but we're on our way.On offence we'll need a QB and a top WR and maybe a LT but Nick can get us those guys in free agency and the draft.

We need posts like this now and then. I think the frustration of last 2 years gets to everyone now and then but underneath it all we know we are on the right track. And the better our line plays (the foundation of any offense) the less picks and free agent dollars we need to use on it and can get to work on other needs. They are getting better as Saban said would happen. All of that experience means we are dveloping adequate starters / excellent depth on the future O-line. One we sprinkle in a star or 2 we will have great line, which should help the QB and receivers of the future. And if Ronnie can average nearly 5 yds a carry behind these guys as a rookie, wait until his experience grows along with the line's level of play!

Remeber, we'd all like Surtain playing for us now, but he had to go really because of the cap. Saban will be able to turn that room into something next year. We will have more room for him to work this offseason! He will find people and be able to lure them here this year.

Especially once we get a couple more wins and they see improvement and a new direction.
